When I enjoy something sweet, fresh jalebis for example, although the enjoyment wells up when my tongue touches the jalebi, it is not in the jalebi or the tongue, it’s in me; a certain enjoyment wells up within me. The yogic theory is that the source of all enjoyment, the reservoir of all happiness is within us, the spark of the divine called Sat-Chit-Ananda.
