Announcing LanghanaM - a 15-day Residential Weight Loss program

LanghanaM  is a 15-day residential weight management programme at ĀrogyaM - wellness center based on Ayurveda and Yoga. ArogyaM is located within the Sacred Grove at Chowdepalle, AP, surrounded by hills, farms and orchards and plantation of indigenous trees and flowering bushes. With Lord Dhanwantri temple in the central courtyard. The center has separate treatment rooms for men and women, and comfortable rooms for residence. Dates : 5th-19th September 2022

The program includes

One detailed consultation with the physician, and one lifestyle consultation. Abhyangam - Synchronised Ayurvedic massage involving medicated oils administered by two therapists Svedanam - Perspiring using herbal medicated steam Udvarthanam – A massage involving various herbal powders applied on the body in a reverse direction for better lymphatic drainage. Classically suggested for weight management and toning of the body Snehapanam – Administration of medicated ghee in controlled doses under the supervision of an Ayurvedic physician for greater cleansing of the body Vasti or Virechanam – Panchakarma processes of medicated enema or purging done under the supervision of an Ayurvedic physician, following Snehapanam Yoga – M-Yoga including Asanas and Pranayama, and Yoga Nidra.

Programme cost : ₹70000/- Includes accommodation, food, and treatments mentioned above. Internal medication, if prescribed by the Ayurvedic physician, is not included in the cost.
