Kailash Manasarovar Yatra with Sri M – 2026
About This Event
The Satsang Foundation is delighted to announce the sacred Kailash Manasarovar Yatra with Sri M in 2026.
Mount Kailash, revered across spiritual traditions as the abode of Lord Shiva, has for centuries drawn seekers, saints, yogis, and pilgrims from around the world.
This Yatra includes visits to sacred sites associated with Kailash and Manasarovar and is being organised with logistical support to ensure safety and comfort to the extent possible in high-altitude terrain.
Dates: Group departures between mid-August and mid-September.
As the permit and visa process is slightly different, the travel dates will depend entirely on the approval of the visa and related permits. There are three main stages involved:

Permit approval from the concerned authorities

Final visa stamping and travel confirmation
Please note that the schedule is subject to individual visa approvals. In case any application is delayed, put on hold, or not approved, it may affect the group travel plan. Therefore, the final travel dates will be confirmed only after all necessary approvals are completed for all participants.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Kindly note that submission of registration does not automatically confirm participation in the Yatra.

Due to the demanding nature of the terrain and high-altitude conditions, registrations will be reviewed carefully before confirmation.

Participants must ensure that they are physically fit and medically suitable for undertaking the Yatra.

Detailed medical guidelines, fitness requirements, documentation process, travel instructions, and packing guidelines will be shared with registered participants in due course.

The age limit for participation is 18 to 65 years.

The number of seats is limited and participation will be confirmed based on various criteria including health suitability, document readiness, and logistical feasibility.

Registration slots are non-transferable.

Contribution refund/cancellation terms will be communicated separately.

Only registered and confirmed participants will be allowed to join the Yatra and satsang with Sri M .

No spot registrations will be permitted.
What to Expect
- - Satsang with Sri M
- - Darshan of the sacred Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarovar
- - Opportunity to undertake the Kailash Parikrama (subject to fitness, weather conditions, and local regulations)
- - A carefully coordinated pilgrimage experience including accommodation, food, transportation, permits, and all necessary logistical arrangements, from Kathmandu to Kathmandu, ( Under option A )

Registration Instructions
A Unique Identification Number (UID) is required for everyone between 18 and 65 years of age to register for this Yatra.

Members with a valid TSF ID can register by logging into their account at:

New members are requested to create their TSF ID prior to registration.

All participants are requested to complete their TSF profile, including passport details and required documents, before registration begins.

Participants registering family members or friends should keep their registered email IDs / TSF UID ready.

Please ensure that your passport has sufficient validity as per international travel requirements.

Participants are advised not to book independent flight tickets until official confirmation and travel instructions are communicated by the organisers.

PASSPORT & TRAVEL GUIDELINES

Passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of departure.

Recommendation for Indian travellers:

Please issue air tickets for Kathmandu exactly as per the name mentioned on your Voter ID.

You must carry the ORIGINAL VOTER ID while travelling to Kathmandu.

Indian Passport Holders:

The original passport should reach the designated representative office in New Delhi at least —--------------- working days prior to the travel date.

Passports must be sent through courier service (Blue Dart) to the designated office/person in New Delhi. ( need the confirmation regarding this )
