Participation Fee (Per Person)

Participation is available under the following three options:

Option A – Without Accommodation

Fee: INR 1800

Includes Vegetarian lunch, evening tea & snacks,  dinner on 29th July and morning .tea & breakfast on 30th July.

Participants under this option must make their own accommodation arrangements.

A list of hotels in Madanapalle is provided at the end of this document.

Option B – Dormitory Accommodation

Fee: INR 2400

Includes:

• All facilities under Option A

• Dormitory accommodation (classrooms converted into dormitories) at the venue for one night (29th July)

Option C – Ashram Room Accommodation

Fee: INR 3300

Includes:

• All facilities under Option A

• Triple-sharing room accommodation inside the Ashram premises for one night (29th July)

This event is managed by Magenta Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Above price(s) are inclusive of GST.

Important Notes

• Due to space constraints, only limited persons can be accommodated at the dormitories and hence bookings for option B & C will be on a first-come-first-booked basis.

• In case accommodation under Options B or C is unavailable, participants will be informed and offered registration under Option A.

• Participation fee contributes towards food as well as infrastructure and event arrangements for the celebrations.

• Registration under one of the above options is mandatory for participation.

• If participants wish their driver to be served food at the venue, the driver must be registered separately under Option A.

• Option B accommodation is not available for drivers due to limited dormitory space.

• THERE WILL BE NO MEETINGS / KRIYA INITIATIONS / REVIEWS WITH SRI M – BEFORE OR AFTER THE GURU PURNIMA CELEBRATIONS.

Accommodation Guidelines

Option B – Dormitory Accommodation

• Accommodation will be provided in classrooms of The Satsang Vidyalaya converted into dormitories.

• Common toilets/baths will be provided separately for women and men.

Option C – Ashram Rooms

• Accommodation will be provided in attached-bath rooms within the Ashram premises on a triple-sharing basis.

• Separate accommodation arrangements will be made for men and women.

General Accommodation Information

• Accommodation will be available only from the morning of 29th July until the morning of 30th July (one night only).

• Each participant will be provided:

• One mattress

• Two bed sheets

• Drinking water will be available in the dormitory area.

• Participants staying under Option C are requested to fill their own water bottles from dispensers available on campus.

• Participants are requested to bring:

• Pillow

• Mosquito repellent

• Torchlight

• Umbrella

• We regret our inability to accommodate requests for:

• Extension of stay

• Early arrival
