If the world were a complete obstruction to the attainment of spiritual fulfillment, the Supreme Lord would not have created it at all. The very fact that the world exists around us and also in us in our minds means, there is a function for it. It is there to make us understand, learn, grow and become complete so that when we depart from this world, or even while we are still in this world, we have evolved to higher levels of spiritual consciousness.
