Arjuna attempted to run away from it and hide. Krishna says, ‘Face it! There is no way you can get rid of it. Face it. Understand the reason for it. If you understand the reason for it, then you can be free of it forever.’ And the reasons that Krishna makes him understand (are) in the Gita. It is also for us to understand.
