Sri-M-2The result of ‘Dharana’ and ‘Dhyana’ is Samadhi’. ‘Samadhi’ is an altered state of consciousness wherein a person who meditates upon whatever he is meditating merges with the object of meditation. There is no meditator and that which is meditated upon. Everything becomes one.
