When I enjoy something sweet, for eg: fresh jalebis, the enjoyment swells up when my tongue, the sense organ, touches the jalebi. The enjoyment isn’t contained in the jalebi or the tongue; it’s within me. The yogic theory is that the source of all enjoyment, the reservoir of all happiness, is within us. The spark of the Divine that is called ‘Sat-Chid- Ananda.’
