False perceptions can be easily read by someone who has seen originals. It doesn't mean he speaks about it. People do not know where to look when they are seeking enlightenment. As a result, it is hardly surprising they may attach themselves to any cult and immerse themselves in all manner of theories believing they have the capacity to distinguish the truth from the false.
