‘Gita’ is not only an Upanishad that deals with the metaphysical aspect of reality but is also a practical textbook on how to reach Reality. It enumerates and enunciates different ways by which the Supreme Being can be communicated, can be realized. ‘Gita’ is an exhortation to perform action and not to run away from it.
