It’s quite natural that sometimes the mind would want an excuse, give it a little leeway and then say come on enough, come back, pull it. nothing should be carried to fanatic limits, follow the middle path. In the beginning if you keep tightening the noose, the mind may rebel and you may not be able to control it.
