It's only when there is pain and sorrow that human beings begin to think there may be a divine being somewhere. Guru Nanak Sahib said, ‘Dukh me sumiran sab kare, sukh me kare na koi (Everyone beseech the Almighty when they are sad, but no one remembers when they are happy).
