When Jesus said, ‘Empty yourself’, I think what he meant was that we are mentally constipated. It is all the stuff that is ingested and is not being expelled. So, what he meant to say is, ‘Take it out, so that I can do something. If you don’t take it out, I can do nothing.’ So, this is what he meant.
