Does one become the Brahman simply by saying I am the Brahman? It necessitates an extraordinary change of mind and a certain rebooting of the brain. This rebooting has to occur through Yoga. By Yoga, I don't mean Hatha yoga but Yoga in the sense of a movement to the core.
