Sri-M-16When you enter the meditation hall, leaving your shoes or chappals outside, leave your ego also; don’t bring it in. You may be someone but it must be kept out with the shoes. Go inside like a newborn child who is free; you have no enemies; you don’t hate anybody, at least for the time being. This is one of the easiest ways to bring about a completely tranquil and deep meditation.
