The registered participants will hear from the organizing team separately through email, on the next steps.[/symple_box] Located about 45 Kms from Rishikesh - about 2hrs drive through Rajaji National Park, away from the noise and buzz of Haridwar, Harideep Vatika, our camp with Sri M sits snugly nestled on the foothills of the Himalayas.

Accommodation & Cost

Comfortable Tents have been put up on what were step-fields on a sloping mountain-side. The steps between levels, to and from the tents to the dining hall or satsang area are high and without banisters to hold. People with weak knees may find it difficult (but not impossible). There is no scope of using wheel chairs as the ground is uneven. The toilets do not have running hot water. 1 bucket per head hot water will be provided on request. NOTE : We cannot provide accommodation to drivers. The charges below are for food &accommodation with bedding for 4 nights. It does not include transport. (a) Option A - Swiss Tents 4 sharing (attached bathroom) : Rs 10500/- (b) Option B - Green Top Tents 3 sharing (common bathroom) : Rs 9000/- (c) Option C - Room converted to Dormitory (common bathroom) : Rs 8500/- Check-in : 5th Oct 2017; the program begins with Satsang at 5pm Check-out : 9th Oct 2017 after breakfast

How to Reach

The driving time to Campsite is (a) Ex Haridwar Railway Station (Approx 2 hrs drive) (b) Ex Rishikesh (Approx 1 hr drive) (c) Ex Dehradun Airport (Approx 1 ½ hrs drive) TRANSFERS to and from the Camp site, by Bus/Tempo Traveller will be arranged for participants at an ADDITIONAL COST from Haridwar Railway Station via Rishikesh. Taxis can also be arranged for pick-up from Haridwar, Rishikesh, Dehradun Airport, Delhi Airport.
