Programme for

Trivandrum and retreat at Kanyakumari

The programme given below comprises of 3 parts.

Description of the events that follows chronologically starting with inaugural function on 14^th at Trivandrum and ending on 18^th night at Kanyakumari.

The accommodation that has been arranged for the participants (those who have already registered), both in Trivandrum and Kanyakumari.

Expenses for the participants at Trivandrum and Kanyakumari.

A: Description of Events:

14^th March Sunday	Forenoon	All participants arrive in Trivandrum – check into Hotels and Bombay House.
	5:30 to 6:00 P.M	Inauguration of talk by His Highess at Krishna Vilasam Palace Hall (also known as Levy hall) located in East Fort.
	6:00 to 7:00 P.M	Talk by Sri. M – Mandukya Upanishad
		Participants to return to their respective lodging and make their own arrangements for their Dinner.
15^th March Monday	7:30 to 8:00 A.M	To be ready to be picked up by a bus to visit various locations in Trivandrum – which Sri. M will decide.
	Lunch time	Lunch at Padmaraj’s Residence.
	After Lunch	Visit Poojapura
	6:00 to 7:00 PM	Talk by Sri. M at Krishnavilasam palace.(2^nd day) Return back to respective lodging and make own arrangements for dinner.
16th March Tuesday	Morning	Tentative program – planned for talk by Sri M at Pangode – for Officers and families - in English. Participants are also requested to attend. Visit to Temples can be arranged in the morning.
	Lunch	At Sewashram – typical Kerala meal - ‘Sadyam’. Sewashram is an old age Home organized by the MahaGanapathy temple.
	6.00 to 7.00 pm	Talk by Sri M at Maha Ganapathy Temple – Topic: ‘The Alphabet of Reality’
		Participants to return to their respective lodging and make their own arrangements for their Dinner.
17^th March, Wednesday	Early Morning – 5.00 AM	Leave for Sucheendram temple enroute to Maruthwamalai and Kanyakumari Breakfast will be packed and distributed to all. Request all to wear shoes and Caps
		Maruthwamalai – trekking / climbing the Hill
	Lunch	At Vivekananda Kendra Dining Hall
		Satsang at the Hall in the Kendra Meditation
	Dinner	At Vivekananda Kendra Dining Hall
18^th March Thursday	Morning	At Vivekananda Kendra Meditation – Watch Sunrise
	Lunch	At Vivekananda Kendra Dining Hall
		Satsang
		Visit to Temple etc. (Program not finalized)

B: Accomodation
At Trivandram	Hotel Accomodation	The participants who have requested for Hotel accommodation should clear the Hotel Bills directly

	Bombay House	The participants who have requested for accommodation at Bombay House should clear the Bills directly to the Bombay House Management

At Kanyakumari	Vivekananda Kendra	Double rooms – to be shared – Charges have been included in the shared per head expenses given below.

C: Expenses to be shared by participants
For Trivandram and Kanyakumari	Rs. 2,200/- per participant	Includes Bus charges at Trivandram, expenses incurred for arranging the program, local advertisement, Bus charges to Kanyakumari, Packed Breakfast for 17^th, Lodging and Hall expenses at Kanyakumari& other miscellaneous expenses.
For Trivandram only	Rs. 1,000/- per participant.	Includes Bus charges in Trivandram, expenses incurred for arranging the program, local advertisement & other miscellaneous expenses.
For Kanyakumari only	Rs. 1,500/- per participant.	expenses incurred for arranging the program, Lodging and Hall expenses at Kanyakumari& other miscellaneous expenses.

NOTE:

Dhoti and Saree to be brought and worn for entering temples in Trivandram.

To & Fro travel arrangements to be made by the participant only. Boarding, Lodging and local conveyance at Trivandram and Boarding and local conveyance at Kanyakumari to be incurred by participants themselves.
